When I first decided to get into real estate I knew absolutely nothing about selling real estate. With this limited knowledge I decided to go to a traditional big split office with limited training. After being with them for a year and with a good amount of field training I did see the value in going to an office where you get to keep all of your commission. So I went to an office where it did just that gave me my commission and little else. Two years later Jay and Elias approached me to let me know about Re/Max Unlimited.
